The location of the hotel was great, close to the Metro Station and to the Moskva river. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and set a festive mood. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. the daily cleaning service was efficient and kept the room tidy.

The heating in the room was insufficient on some nights, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to relax and the walls were rather thin.

The staff at this hotel were really lovely and welcoming during our Easter stay. We particularly appreciated the fact that they were happy to store our bags all day after check-out so we could continue to explore the city. The location was also really convenient, being close to a metro station and easy to get around. Another great aspect was the rain shower in our room, which was a nice and refreshing touch.

The room we were given was very small and cramped, especially for two people. the linens could do with an update as the towels were quite worn and threadbare.

Conveniently located near a metro station and a 24/7 supermarket. The room was clean and spacious, with reliable Wi-Fi. The young lad at the reception was attentive and the maid was kind. Despite a couple of small issues, I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable rooms. a decent stay.
